About the role

Cashrewards is looking for a head of customer service to help set the strategic direction of the customer service team and customer experience. This role will work closely with all areas of the business to drive process and efficiencies whilst closing the loop on the customer journey. Through the introduction of Live Chat and by helping to automate a number of aspects of the customer service function this role will be central to the retention and activity of our members.
