The CASHREWARDS Cashback Guarantee is your peace of mind in the unlikely event that your purchase is not automatically tracked by our automated systems.
The Cashback Guarantee applies if your Cashback was not recorded and does not appear in your CASHREWARDS account within 7 days (14 days for card-linked purchases) of your purchase date.
Like all technology, Cashback networks and systems sometimes don’t work as planned. While the vast majority of transactions will appear in your CASHREWARDS account within an hour or two, some do take a little longer.
If your transaction and pending Cashback does not appear in your CASHREWARDS account within 7 days (14 days for card-linked purchases) of your purchase date, your transaction journey from CASHREWARDS or the CASHREWARDS Notifier may have not registered properly. But don’t worry, we can look into it.

Simply follow the Cashback Tips and Guidelines listed below together with any Special Terms applicable for the store in question in order to be eligible for the Cashback Guarantee.
How the Cashback Guarantee works:
- Click out to your chosen store from CASHREWARDS or the CASHREWARDS Notifier and make a purchase.
- Follow the Cashback Tips and Guidelines below, as well as any Special Terms listed on the store page.
- In the unlikely event that your purchase is not automatically tracked, simply Submit a Tracking Claim and have peace of mind with our Cashback Guarantee.
Cashback Guarantee Guidelines:
The Cashback Guarantee gives you peace of mind in the unlikely event that your purchase is not automatically tracked by our automated systems and does not appear in your CASHREWARDS account within 7 days (14 days for card-linked purchases) of your purchase date.
A maximum of $30 per Cashback claim applies to this guarantee and a maximum of 3 claims per member per month, and 10 claims per member per calendar year are allowable under this Cashback Guarantee. Please read and follow the Cashback Tips listed below, and if you are having ongoing issues, please contact our friendly Customer Service team.
- If installed, please disable your ad blocking software during your shopping sessions.
- Never click or visit other websites such as coupon/deal sites after clicking through CASHREWARDS or you won’t earn Cashback.
- Cashback is valid for one (1) transaction only. Return and click through CASHREWARDS before each new purchase.
- Read the Special Terms on the CASHREWARDS store page before making a purchase. You won’t earn Cashback if special terms on the store page void eligibility.
- Note that you won’t earn Cashback on your transaction’s freight, delivery, taxes & GST fees.
- You won’t earn Cashback if you cancel, change or return your order.
- Cashback will not be payable if fraudulent activity is detected on your account/order.
You may not be eligible for Cashback:
- If you click or visit other websites after clicking through CASHREWARDS and before completing your purchase.
- If a gift card is purchased or used as a method of payment.
- If a coupon code is used that is not listed on CASHREWARDS.
- If your order is not fully completed online (excl. Card-linked offers) or it is later changed.
