Chargrilled Tuna with warm bean salad sounds fancy and time-consuming to make. However, we’ve found a great recipe that will only take minutes to create. Could this be the quickest meal you’ll ever prepare? We think so!

The recipe – serves 4
4 x 200g tuna steaks
freshly ground black pepper
3 tsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
zest and juice of 1 lemon
420g tin cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
4 marinated artichokes, quartered
1 small red onion, sliced
100g baby rocket
- Cook the tuna for 1-2 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. Place onto plates and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Meanwhile, in a separate pan, warm the olive oil with the garlic and lemon zest.
- Add the beans and stir gently until warmed through. Remove from heat and add artichokes and red onion.
- Arrange rocket leaves on serving plates and top with bean mixture.
