Ah, I love this time of year! I love the Christmas holidays – hanging out with my family, sitting by the pool, playing board games and having movie nights late into the evenings. However, I’m usually overcome with a hint of dread when it comes to buying Christmas presents. That’s where personalised gifts come in!
You see I love giving beautiful and thoughtful gifts. But I’ve run out of ideas. What do you get someone who has everything? My mum? My dad? My siblings? My best girlfriends?
This year I was delighted to discover that it’s quite easy to order personalised gifts online. I never knew so many places now offer this “personalisation service”.
Adding a personalised touch makes a gift so much more special and meaningful.
I spent some time scouring the internet for the best personalised gifts and I’m so excited to share them with you!

Sheridan towels and robes are just beautiful – who wouldn’t want a stylish gift like this? And with some simple lettering, you can make the gift even more personal for that special someone.
You can choose from a range of products like bath towels, sheets, pillowcases, table linen, loungewear, robes or items from the baby collection.
You can add a single letter, initials, a name, a nickname, or even a phrase up to 9 characters. There are 18 thread colours and 17 different fonts and lettering styles.
And you’ll be sure to put a smile on their face with the words “Best Mum” or “Boo” or “Honeybun”.

Personalised Leather Goods by Mon Purse
This is my personal favourite, because leather goods are timeless, stylish gifts that are practical and can be used for years.
They are surprisingly affordable too. You can get monogrammed pouches, notebooks, phone cases, key rings or wallets from under $100 each.
This year, I bought some leather pouches with monogrammed initials for 4 of my girlfriends. They are so lovely. I can’t wait for my friends to open them up on Christmas Day!

Novelty Items from Hard To Find
You can get all kinds of personalised items these days! You can find personalised cheese boards, kid’s aprons, t-shirts, socks, an engraved watch storage box, a personalised garden trowel, and framed prints and so much more.
There are lots of great personalised gifts and ideas on Hard to Find, that are fun, cheeky, adorable and surprising.
The best thing about this site is that it features good quality items (sometimes specialty handmade items too), so you can be sure that the gift you select is of premium quality.

Personalised Sneakers from Nike
I did not know that you could personalise your own Nike sneakers. How cool is that? And it’s not even very expensive.
This is just for the Nike “Roshe” style, where you can choose your own colours for the toe/tongue, the colour of the swoosh logo, the laces, midsole and more. You can even add a bit of text too.
This idea is perfect for me because I have teenagers, who live to be able to obtain their perfect pair of sneakers.
The shoes are custom made and take 6 weeks to deliver, so I’ve missed the cut-off date for Christmas, but they’ll be all ready in time for the start of the new school year next year.

Personalised Photo Gifts from Vistaprint
I don’t know about you, but my phone is BURSTING with photos of my kids and family. These days, it’s so easy to take your favourite happy snap (from your phone!) and turn it into a wall calendar, mug, fridge magnet, or mouse pad.
Yes, it’s a very simple idea. But I’ve found that these ideas are usually the most adorable and thoughtful kind of presents that put a smile on everyone’s faces.
Wishing you all the best as you start your Christmas shopping, I hope you’ve found these ideas for personalised gifts inspiring!
