What you need to know
Cashback is eligible only on: Square Appointments, Square Invoices, Square Payroll, Square Point of Sale, Square Payments, Square Online Checkout, Square Online Store, Square for Restaurants, Square for Retail, and Square hardware.
Cashback is a one off payment that is tracked after your first Square transaction, payment via Invoices or payrun through Payroll.
Cashback is eligible on one category only.
After purchase, you have a 30-day window to become an active seller and make your first transaction. If you do not make your first transaction in that time you will not be eligible for cashback.
Cashback will not track to your Cashrewards account until a first payment is made within 45 days of signing up to Square.
Cashback is ineligible on the following:
- Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.
- Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.
- Orders that are cancelled, changed or refunded.
- GST, other taxes and delivery fees.
- Fraudulent transactions.
- Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on the Merchant site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.
