What you need to know
Cashback for domestic flights is shown in USD but will be converted to AUD in your account, and eligible only on the net flight ticket value excluding GST and other taxes, levies and surcharges.
To be eligible for cashback via the Trip.com app, you must already have the Trip.com app installed before you tap "Shop Now" from the Cashrewards app.
Cashback is ineligible on the following:
- Purchases using any non-Cashrewards incentives (offers, links, newsletters, secret prices).
- Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.
- Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.
- Items that are cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
- GST, other taxes and delivery fees.
- Fraudulent transactions.
- Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on the Merchant site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.
