Cashback is ineligible on the properties found here.
Cashback is ineligible on the following:
- Expenditure outside of the room rate (room service, in-room movies, parking, dry cleaning, etc).
- Purchases using store loyalty program points, and on group rates, partner rates, travel agency rates, including Rooms booked and paid for by IHG One Rewards points (Rewards Nights, Royal Ambassador/Ambassador Rewards Nights).
- Travel agents and/or agencies with an existing or active partnership with IHG Hotels & Resorts outside of the PartnerConnect affiliate program.
- Any bookings for Six Senses properties, IHG Army hotels, and Kimpton properties in North and South America.
- Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.
- Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.
- Items that are cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
- GST, other taxes and delivery fees.
- Fraudulent transactions.
- Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on the Merchant site, including but not limited IHG Employee Rate, IHG AARP Membership Rate, Canada Government Rate, Chase Anniversary Night, Chase Free Night Flex Rate, Groups, Meetings, voucher codes, student discount, other staff discount.

- Cashback is only available for online purchase only.
- Bookings will be tracked with the cashback amount based on the booking value. The booking value is subject to change post-checkout.
- Cashback will only be approved when their stay is completed at the booked hotel. Approval times my vary, see Terms and Conditions for further detail.
- IHG Hotels & Resorts calculates commission excluding VAT, delivery, and any other charges.
Please note, that users must be fully compliant with all local cookie consent and tracking regulations per the policy on IHG.com in order for commission to be awarded.
Failure to comply will result in loss of tracking. I.e. No private browsing, no clearing cache or cookies, not using multiple browsers or windows, etc.
