The Swap Gift Card ('Card') may be used to swap for a participating retailer's Digital Gift Card(s), provided that the Card has enough unused value to make the purchase. Participating retailers are subject to change and are as advertised at the time you choose to swap your purchased Card.
Once you purchase your Swap Gift Card, you will receive an email from Cashrewards with your card number, PIN, and a link to a third-party website 'Swap' where you can swap your Gift Card.
To access this, click on ‘View’ within the email. Gift Card number and PIN can also be found in the Gift Card Wallet, along with the link to swap which is located in its 'Terms of use'. To redeem:
1. Click on the link, which will redirect you to the Swap website.
2. Enter the card number and PIN you received in your Gift Card Wallet or in your email and click 'Redeem'.
3. Select one or more digital Gift Cards from the participating merchants, and the value you wish to allocate to the gift card.
4. Receive an email from Swap with your digital Gift Cards to start shopping.

Swap Adventure & Leisure Gift Card has a $500 daily spending limit per member on Gift Card purchases.
Swap Adventure & Leisure Gift Card terms apply to your purchase. Please check the Swap Adventure & Leisure Gift Card Details and Terms in the Gift Card eWallet to confirm the following (you can access the eWallet by clicking on Buy now):
- Redemption locations of the Gift Card e.g. instore, online, instore and online or specific stores only;
- Any product exclusions where a Gift Card cannot be used as a payment method;
- Gift Card expiry period, noting all Gift Cards have a minimum validity of 3-years;
Important:
Once a Gift Card is purchased it cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded to you;
If you are sending a Gift Card as a gift, please ensure the email address is correct. Gift Cards sent to the wrong email address cannot be recovered. All other Gift Cards will be sent directly to the email address connected to your Cashrewards account.
Cashrewards is not responsible for the storage of and/or use of a Gift Card sent to an incorrect email address;
Not all online Merchants on Cashrewards will award cashback when Gift Cards are used as a payment method. Please check individual merchant terms for exclusions.
