    Cashback rates are displayed in USD and will be converted to AUD at the corresponding exchange rate in your Cashrewards account.

    Cashback is eligible on desktop transactions only.

    Cashback is eligible on pre-orders, but only after the order is completed without cancellation. Cashback is eligible on orders paid with Uber Wallet.

    You must ensure your order is finalised (marked as picked up or delivered) to be eligible for cashback.

    Cashback may take up to 14 days to track into your Cashrewards account.

    Cashback is ineligible on the following:

    • Orders via the Uber Eats app.

    • Orders via mobile and tablet browsers.

    • Orders made outside of Australia.

    • Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.

    • Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.

    • Items that are cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.

    • GST, other taxes and delivery fees.

    • Fraudulent transactions.

    • Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on the Merchant site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.
