Bupa HI Pty Ltd (ABN 81 000 057 590) (Bupa) and Cashrewards Pty Limited (ABN 72 150 888 136) (Cashrewards) make the Cashrewards 6% cash back offer (Offer) available to you on the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility Criteria
You are an Eligible Customer and can access the Offer only if you meet all of the following requirements:
(a) are a new Bupa Pet Insurance customer;
(b) purchase a selected Bupa Pet Insurance policy in accordance with clause 2, online between 1 July 2019 and 1 December 2019;
(c) are a current Cashrewards member; and
(d) eligible to purchase and hold a Pet Insurance policy.
If you meet all the above requirements, you are an Eligible Customer.
2. Selected Bupa Pet Insurance Policy
If you are an Eligible Customer, you can access the Offer if you purchase and maintain a selected Bupa Pet Insurance policy.
A selected Bupa Pet Insurance policy is any pet insurance policy issued by Bupa, but excludes: Basic Insurance cover.3. The Offer
(a) are an Eligible Customer;
(b) you purchase a selected Bupa Pet Insurance policy;
(c) maintain your selected Bupa Pet Insurance policy for a minimum of 60 days; and
(d) have no outstanding premium instalments for those 60 days,
you will receive from Cashrewards 6% of your total annual premium of the first policy year only, paid by you on the Bupa Pet Insurance policy paid in one instalment as cashback into your Cashrewards account.
Your cash back will be provided by Cashrewards into your Cashrewards account. Allow 7 business days for your rewards to be credited into your Cashrewards account, from the date you become eligible for the Offer in accordance with clause 3.
Waiting periods, limits, and policy terms apply.4. General
(a) The Offer is not available with any other Bupa promotional or ongoing offer, with the exception of the 10% Bupa member discount for existing Bupa Health Insurance members.
(b) If you breach these terms and conditions before becoming entitled to the joint offer, then Bupa or Cashrewards may decide, acting reasonably, not to award you with the offers. If Bupa or Cashrewards discovers the breach after the offers have been awarded, then Bupa may decide, acting reasonably, to remove the offer from your account.
(c) Bupa is not liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of this promotion (except that which cannot be excluded by law). (d) Your cashback is provided by Cashrewards, not Bupa.
