- Redemption locations of the Gift Card e.g. instore, online, instore and online or specific stores only;
- Any product exclusions where a Gift Card cannot be used as a payment method;
- Gift Card expiry period, noting all Gift Cards have a minimum validity of 3-years;
Important:
Once a Gift Card is purchased it cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded to you;
If you are sending a Gift Card as a gift, please ensure the email address is correct. Gift Cards sent to the wrong email address cannot be recovered. All other Gift Cards will be sent directly to the email address connected to your Cashrewards account.
