Check you’ve got the latest Cashrewards app

Download the latest version of the Cashrewards app on the App Store. The Mobile Notifier is only available on iOS Safari for now.

Update your settings to enable the Mobile Notifier

Follow the steps below to ensure the Mobile Notifier will work every time.

Open your Settings

Turn off 'Prevent Cross-Site Tracking'

Turn on the Cashrewards extension

Select 'Allow' for all websites

Open Settings on your phone and select Safari from the app list.

Scroll down to Privacy & Security > Prevent Cross-Site Tracking and toggle this off (so it’s grey).

Scroll up to Extensions, select Cashrewards and toggle this on (so it’s green).

Scroll down to Permissions for Cashrewards, select All Websites > Allow.

Why do I have to remove 'prevent cross-site tracking'?

Removing 'prevent cross-site tracking' will ensure when you click 'Activate Now', your purchase is tracked correctly to receive your cashback.

Will it track all my web browsing behaviour?

No, we don't track any of your web browsing behaviour. When the Mobile Notifier is activated, we will only identify whether you are visiting an eligible merchant site and track your transaction so you can see your cashback grow!

How does Cashrewards make money?

Good question. Basically, we get paid by stores for sending them customers. We take a cut and give back to shoppers in cashback.

Simply join Cashrewards, click on a store and activate an offer via our website, app, the Notifier or Mobile Notifier so we can track your journey. Then, complete your purchase as normal via that store’s website.

How long does it take to get my cashback?

Cashback is generally approved 14-100 days after you complete a shop with us. The timeframe is based on the category of the transaction and takes into account things like store returns periods and cancellation windows.

Each store’s page on Cashrewards will state the estimated approval timeframe for them.
