Vacation rental owners have 24 hours to accept or decline an online booking request.
New owner listings must be vacation rental listings that are new to Stayz, not renewals.
Cashback is ineligible on the following:
- Any expenditure outside of the room rate (room service, in-room movies, parking, dry cleaning, etc), Booking requests are declined, Refer-a-Friend codes beginning with 'RAF', New owner listings that are renewals, cancellations, unpaid, or incomplete.
- Bookings made via the Stayz App.
- Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.
- Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.
- Items that are cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
- GST, other taxes and delivery fees.
- Fraudulent transactions.
- Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on the Merchant site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.
